Are your lighting cables sold by the meter?

Yes, all our decorative textile cables are sold by the meter. If you order multiple quantities of the same cable, you will receive it in one continuous length up to 50 meters.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Are the components compatible with my existing fixtures?

Our components use standard E26 or E27 fittings and are designed to be compatible with most standard home electrical systems. We recommend consulting a qualified electrician for installation.

Can I return custom-made products?

While we accept returns on standard components within 30 days, please note that custom-cut cables and personalized 'Create Your Own' lamps are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
